Hello, I’m Fiona
I live on the Fife coast in Kirkcaldy with my two dogs, Millie and Maggie. The spark for FIDO came from my beautiful dog River, who had a very sensitive stomach and could never enjoy shop-bought treats. I hated seeing her miss out, so I began baking my own with simple, recognisable ingredients that are kinder to dogs and to the planet.
What started as kitchen experiments soon became a favourite with our dogs, then our friends’ dogs. After months of testing and refining a recipe that was gentle, simple and delicious, FIDO was born.
Beautifully simple ingredients
- Only two ingredients per flavour (yes, just two).
- Locally sourced produce from here in Fife, Scotland.
- No meat, no additives — no artificial colours, flavours or fillers.
Our core flavours pair whole vegetables with a single complementary flour. For example:
carrot + wholemeal flour or sweet potato + gram (chickpea) flour. That’s it.

Freshness & storage
- Biscuits stay fresh for up to 16 weeks in a cool, dry place and are freezer-friendly for 6 months.
- Personalised grain-free dog cookies (sweet potato + gram flour) are made to order and keep for 2 weeks in the fridge.
